REPRESENTATION This theses focused on representation in term sof civil law, family law and business law. This issues is processed komplex and contains all the basic attributes of representation. Theses is based on current treatment of private law and it highlights the changes in new civil Code effective since january 2012. It evaluates legislation in comparison with future changes. It refers to mootness, uncertainties and inaccuracies contained in the current Civil Code. The work focuses on the representation in general and its different types based on the Civil Code. It also contains a modification in the representation of the Commercial Code, which focuses on representing corporate and procuration. The presentation draws on family law representation and guardianship of minors, guardianship.
Education of Roma Women as a Tool of the Social Change

This thesis introduces Romani women as an eligible target group for the lifelong learning and emphasizes the role of women when trying to initiate social change in Roma communities. Education of Roma women can be effective and have a significant impact on the entire Roma community in case that it is implemented considering their role and position in communities, their socio economic status and their ethnicity. The thesis focuses on the current situation of the Roma minority and especially Roma women in the Czech Republic. It presents an image of Roma women, portrays the context of her life as well as the concept of multiple disadvantages Roma women face. It examines the role of education in the pursuit of social inclusion and empowerment of women and provides examples of successful initiatives from several countries. The last chapter provides advice for any future educators of this specific target group, how to plan and implement the education.
Family group conferences from the perspective of its actors

The Family Group Conference is a restorative approach to decision making which is used mainly with families in child protection. It is an empowering process aimed at strengthening the family members and children' right to have a say in matters that concern them, an issue stressed by the UN's Convention on the Rights of the Child. FGCs are therefore used to help families in finding their own solutions in difficult situations. This thesis investigates the strategies used by families and relatives within FGC in order to solve complex family situations, and compares the specifics of this approach with more common problem-solving method used in this field. In addition, it examines how the family conference is perceived by its actors. The theoretical part introduces the principles and the main ideas of this approach and describes the process and the roles of its actors. Firstly, FGCs are briefly presented within the international context and then the process of their recent implementation in the Czech Republic is described in more detail. The data are collected through the participant observation of two family conferences.
